Muay Thai
Similar to kickboxing, however Muay Thai (aka Thai Boxing) is the national sport of Thailand. Muay Thai focuses on using punches, elbows, kicks, knees and clinch work. Gain confidence, learn self defence, develop new skillsets and get fit!
Muay Thai Fundamentals – Suitable for all levels and focuses on technique and correct execution. This is class is also fantastic for absolute beginners.
Muay Thai – Suitable for all levels and focuses on combinations, and the application of Muay Thai in real life settings. We aim to partner people of similar abilities and experience levels in each class.
Sparring - This is an open level session suitable for those with at least base level experience in Muay Thai through to the advanced. Please note that this is a contact-based session, supervised by one of our trainers in a controlled environment.
